If you look back at INTENTIONS 2020 you’ll remember that this month’s theme is LOVE and right in time for everybody’s favorite holiday, Valentine’s Day.

I know, I know before you roll your eyes or express how much you don’t like to celebrate it, hear me out. As we embark on Intentions 2020…….

Maybe this is the year to finally celebrate.

Maybe it’s the year to make someone feel special.

Maybe your Valentine’s Day is looking like you’re going to be solo dolo, maybe this year you celebrate my expressing self-love

Maybe you haven’t spent one on one time with your kids in a while, take them to a movie

Or maybe you and your spouse are overdue for a date night, take one

The way you express love this month could be as small as a text or as a big as a surprise vacation. But whatever it is, let it be meaningful and the truest expression of the love you have to give others and yourself.
